I know of one client who said that because she lives with her in-laws and it's often always noisy she used the excuse to have a bathroom break or sit in her wardrobe for 2 mins to reflect and re-enforce her affirmations. She stated that because of this, she has now acquired new employment because her affirmation in that 2 mins was 'Thank you for my wonderful new career!' She said she has never felt more empowered and now she can take longer breaks to meditate and manifest more things.
