Please advise what time and/or day you prefer based on Karen's Reading hours, as this helps to find the most convenient time-slot for you and the booking process to go smoothly.

Once offered a time please confirm with staff that you accept that as we will be waiting for a response, then finalise your payment to avoid losing that spot to someone else, as it can only be held without confirmation and payment for 1/2 hour, if you are genuinely wanting to book that spot and due to other commitments like work or family which we completely understand, please let us know how much time you need and we will hold that for you, but please give us the courtesy of letting us know.
