Before ordering please query with staff about a booking time.
Please note staff can only offer one booking time as times offered is held for 30 mins pending confirmation & payment. To offer several so to assist them please advise what time and day suits you so they can see what there is available closest to or on that day and time. 

If booking for someone else please have them create their own web account by filling in the Contact Us form so we are dealing only with them, and setting up the booking under their web account and not someone else's, if this is not adhered to this could result in sensitive information that may come through their reading they might not want anyone else knowing about, being sent to the wrong person. The reason we put this in place was due to this very incident in the past cost a friendship, and staff as a result of that action of the buyer were threatened. It also ensure's that on the day we are sending the correct phone number to Karen. This avoids the risk of having Karen being embarrassed that we have sent the number of the person who ordered and not the one having the reading.

    Thank you for leaving a review regardless of its negative rating you will still be awarded the 20 bonus points that I always promise my clients for leaving their honest reviews and ratings.


    I’m so sorry to hear you felt that this reading I gave you wasn’t to your satisfaction in comparison to your past readings with me, however at the time of the reading I can only provide what comes through and sometimes sadly it’s not always what we want to hear or may not make complete sense until later.


    Even if you felt that at the time of the reading, I didn’t tell you much at all. I always recommend to listen back to the reading at a later date.

    As you can appreciate it’s not always possible to cram everything into a half hour and sometimes if a person is stressed or over anxious it can effect their reading. I also have to try to allow in that time for response to any questions at the end of the reading. Sometimes I do find myself going overtime for my clients.


    And after asking staff about the booking time that I had with you, I looked back at that itinerary for that particular session and it is noted to have gone for 45 minutes and not 30 minutes.


    I also did make a note at the end of this, sometimes for my own record I do, of how I felt that reading went. So occasionally make a note if I feel the need. So I checked back on that date and found that I had.

    “Client appeared very anxious throughout reading. At the end of the reading gave extra time as they were reflecting on how work was stressing them and that their goal was to travel Australia. I pointed out when they said their goal was to travel Australia but that they made no mention of doing so with a partner even though their focus was based on love


    (it’s important to always make sure that when you are putting out statements to keep in mind the universe is always listening, if you are making a statement that your goal is to travel Australia, yet you want to be in a committed relationship, try being consciously aware of what you are sending out to the universe so you can reword that as: “My goal is to travel Australia with a partner by my side”)

    I spoke of a way to help them in focussing and manifesting their goals was to create a vision board. Stated that between 20th January & 18th February is going to be important.”
