We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications);  comments, feedback, product reviews and recommendations.

We do not sell your information to any third parties, only what you provide us at the time of contacting us is all we store so we can communicate with you when you hop online to speak to us or make booking easy.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Readings:
 

Please be advised that Booking Staff are only to handle bookings, they are not there to tell a client what to purchase or ask private or intimate information about why they want the reading. We request that you do not tell staff why you want the reading, the only information forwarded to Psychic Medium Karen on the booking itinerary is the date of the booking, time of the booking and type of booking purchased ie:

No names, location or any other identifying information is given except in cases of small orders and on these the only information ie: 3 Spoons order Karen is provided only the first name of the client.

Should the order be the Honest Answers for example, then naturally the first name and the 3 questions the client wants answered are provided to Karen. Small orders are the ones done in the absence of the client and completed within 48 Hours from the time of booking. Apart from that no other information such as one's email is sent to Karen. Once these orders are fulfilled staff upload and forward the download links to the clients. Karen prefers to know as little as possible of the clients to avoid contamination.

The One Hour Exclusive Absent Reading no name is given to Karen, she treats these orders as she would any one on one phone session. On these specific orders Karen is provided an envelope where on the front of the envelope it reads the Service: Absent Hour then the persons date of birth in full. 
The entire reading is based on what Karen picks up from the date of birth and she provides a full tarot and spiritual guidance session then at the end as she would with any other one on one phone reading, she opens the envelope to respond to the questions contained therein.  

All of Karen's readings are fully recorded start to finish. 
There are no typed scripted readings, what you get on the audio is a live recording to keep forever.

All prices are transparent on the website, this is so the client does not feel they have to contact staff just to ask how much the service is, also a fully outlined description of that service is outlined so the clients know what they are to expect from that session. 

Mediumship is not a stand-alone service as no medium should guarantee anyone that if they book they will hear from the other side. Karen does mediumship and it is automatically included in her sessions just in case spirit does come through. Consider it a bonus if that happens but it is up to them not the clients or Karen.

All clients are offered the first availability, these booking times are only held for half an hour without payment before that spot is automatically offered to the next client. If you need extra time please concur with staff so they can accommodate extra time. However those who are time wasters having staff hold bookings frequently and not fulfilling the order within the held period will be banned if this is found to be a regular occurrence.

Staff do not take credit card details the clients handle their own payments at the checkout. 
All orders go through PayPal as it is a trusted secured payment platform.
