Is the Ghost Detector App Real or Fake?


With the rise of smartphones, ghost detector apps have gained popularity among amateur paranormal enthusiasts. Some claim these apps can detect spirits through various means, such as reading EMF levels or using sensors in the phone. However, their reliability is often questioned the giveaway is noting the fact these apps are all listed under 'Entertainment'. There is very little proof that a phone app where it detects a ghost can be taken seriously so these are debateable as often these are animated screens that alternate a dot from one location to another trying to convince the user it is tracking an actual ghost. As for apps that use phonetics one of the hand-down best app I have personally worked with was ECHOVOX by Danny Big Beard the countless times that this seemed to back up what also came through the P-SB7 Spirit Box was uncanny such as this session with one of my 2nd James Dean session.

Many experts argue that these apps lack the precision and accuracy of traditional ghost hunting tools. The sensors in smartphones may not be calibrated for scientific use, and the data interpretation can be misleading. While they can be fun to use for entertainment purposes, they should not replace proven ghost hunting equipment in serious investigations.


Night Vision and Thermal Imaging Cameras


Night vision goggles and thermal imaging cameras are valuable tools for those exploring dark and mysterious locations. Night vision devices amplify available light, allowing you to see in total darkness. On the other hand, thermal imaging cameras detect heat signatures, making it easier to spot anomalies that may indicate a presence in the area.


Both tools can help you navigate during your investigations, but they have their respective limitations. Night vision may show you general shapes, while thermal cameras can help pinpoint areas of unusual heat or cold.

Spirit Box and Ghost Boxes

If you if the spirit can do something and they do, don't over-react remember they are people too and over-dramatizing or screaming is insulting to spirit and does very little to earn their respect. And never, EVER offer them your energy to use to communicate, the reality is Spirit is pure energy they don't need your energy, and they (like us) have free will, welcome them to communicate but respect them if they choose not to, just as you would want someone to not force you to do something you don't want or feel like doing it is up to them, not you!

  • Sometimes you won't catch anything: Accept that not every outing will produce results, sometimes you'll walk away empty-handed and that's okay, it can be disheartening of course, especially if you just spent a small fortune on gear but there will be other times you will be fortunate enough to capture EVPs or other amazing proof. But if you find yourself having to fake evidence, then it's time to give up because Spirit see what you do and if you do that you won't get any respect from them, or others in the paranormal field.



Join a Community


Investigating the paranormal can be a personal journey, but joining a community can greatly enhance your experience. Look for local ghost hunting groups or online forums where you can exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from seasoned hunters.
