Before ordering please query with staff about a booking time.
Please note staff can only offer one booking time as times offered is held for 30 mins pending confirmation & payment. To offer several so to assist them please advise what time and day suits you so they can see what there is available closest to or on that day and time. 

If booking for someone else please have them create their own web account by filling in the Contact Us form so we are dealing only with them, and setting up the booking under their web account and not someone else's, if this is not adhered to this could result in sensitive information that may come through their reading they might not want anyone else knowing about, being sent to the wrong person. The reason we put this in place was due to this very incident in the past cost a friendship, and staff as a result of that action of the buyer were threatened. It also ensure's that on the day we are sending the correct phone number to Karen. This avoids the risk of having Karen being embarrassed that we have sent the number of the person who ordered and not the one having the reading.

What is a Spirit Box?
 
Spirit Boxes are used as a tool to allow spirits the opportunity to communicate. While they are welcomed to come through, spirit energy cannot be forced. Some spirits may come forward quickly, others may take their time. As with all forms of mediumship, there can be no guarantee that a specific loved one will come through, that choice always lies with spirit. Booking Information:
Please confirm your preferred booking time with our team before placing your order. Once confirmed, Karen will be sent your phone number or Skype/Messenger link approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
 
Karen receives only the date, time, and session type — no additional personal information is shared.

Important Notes:
• No refunds, but we are happy to reschedule if needed.
• Once a time is offered, it will be held for 30 minutes without payment. If you no longer wish to proceed, please let us know so we can offer the slot to someone else.
•You are not charged any extra fee for the recording as they are provided by Karen. 
•Occasionally a small segment of an audio of the Spirit Box may be saved that doesn’t identify any person or persons, but as a way of sharing how spirits can communicate with intelligent replies. If you do not want that please advise.

    Following the reading you will be emailed a download link of the recording, it is your responsibility to download to your computer asap as the server used to hold the download will automatically remove the file within 24 hours.

    We will hold the audio file for up to 24hrs on our server before deleting it.

    Brilliant! Highly recommend!

    First I had the snap read. Then I ordered the extended bundle session because I was so impressed with Karen’s ability to connect with me.

    I wasn’t sure what to expect from this because I thought maybe by chance everything that came through in the snap read would already have been said but Karen picked up on so much more. It was uncanny.

    During the Spirit Box session, I was surprised to hear my grandfather talking. It was his voice, and the way he would speak if he were alive. Amazing!
