The following is a creative visualisation technique given to me from Spirit that will truly change one thing in your life now that stems from an event or situation that has already happened in your life.

You have been drawn to a remote location and feel the urge to start digging, what you find buried deep beneath the surface is a time capsule. Inside this time capsule you discover things that are linked directly to your life and on a separate piece of paper are the words:
"𝓦𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓮 𝓭𝓸𝔀𝓷 𝓸𝓷𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝔀𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓭 𝓱𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓮𝓭 𝓲𝓷 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓮, 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓴𝓷𝓸𝔀 𝔀𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓭 𝓱𝓪𝓭 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓹𝓵𝓮𝓽𝓮𝓵𝔂 𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓹𝓪𝓽𝓱 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓷𝓸𝔀 𝓸𝓷."
You pause and reflect on these words, what would you had changed in your life that would had altered the path you are now on?
You let your mind wander to the past 🕰 …
Reflect on the words 💭 …
Be care of what your mind reveals …
What vision has crossed your mind? 🧿…
Where has your mind taken you to?
You write down this random past situation or memory ..
No matter how trivial it may seem …
Just write it down 📜…

Then …
…
Fold it once
…
Fold it twice
…
Keep folding whilst thinking about what you wrote
…
You reach down into the bottom of the time capsule to find another piece of paper has suddenly appeared with the following message on it:
"𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝔀𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓮 𝓸𝓻 𝓱𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱𝓽 𝓸𝓯, 𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓷 𝓶𝓸𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓵𝔂, 𝓱𝓪𝓼 𝓷𝓸𝔀 𝓼𝓮𝓽 𝓲𝓷𝓽𝓸 𝓮𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓬𝓽 𝓪 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓹𝓵𝓮𝓽𝓮 𝓼𝓱𝓲𝓯𝓽 𝓸𝓯 𝓬𝓲𝓻𝓬𝓾𝓶𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮, 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓯𝓮𝓵𝓽 𝔀𝓪𝓼 𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓪𝓵𝓵𝔂 𝓸𝓾𝓽 𝓸𝓯 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓽𝓻𝓸𝓵. 𝓝𝓸𝔀 𝓰𝓲𝓿𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓴𝓼 𝓽𝓸 𝓢𝓹𝓲𝓻𝓲𝓽."
You give your thanks to Spirit.🙏🏼
Then you put everything back into the time capsule and bury it again as deep as you can. You tread the loose ground over it down and as you walk away you reflect on what just happened.
Right now the power of change is upon your path, it is now in transition, whatever you thought or wrote down has made concrete changes upon your path.
