With so much pressure you and others may put on you to be the best at what you do, sometimes the key is to fail at it in order to see where your weaknesses are first.
The beauty in this is that Spirit is reminding you that you need to first befriend yourself, accept and bless every failure only then will your goals follow through because you will be wiser of the areas that require more work and focus.
