In the new world Spirit tells me we all have our own magic to explore, no stress, no illnesses, no pain, no more feelings of limitations or lack, as these things don’t exist anymore. You are surrounded by a beautiful energy that they describe as a powerful love.
A feeling of being home, being able to be the best person we always wanted to be without fear of rejection or judgement from others. Imagine that?
The perfect way of life does exist but first we must face the challenges and lessons here in order to appreciate what is ahead.
If we receive everything here, to easily, too soon, then we won’t feel completeness in the next life.
Think about that for a moment.
Too often we are overwhelmed with our own thoughts and emotions about our lives and the people in it. How often do you find yourself feeling waves of sadness or fear hit you about the fact you don't know what is to come out of your current situation? This stress itself can kill a strong spirit within you that is trying to keep you on track, trying to keep you focused or just alive.
This stress can then lead to lack of confidence, lack of concentration, lack of sleep or motivation to do things. It can reveal itself as pain and limitations. And once it crosses a threshold, we just want out! Be it wanting out of a relationship, a job, a friendship or life itself.
But spirit say stop, take a break from your situation.
Here is a way to step outside of your existence or situation to help yourself on a spiritual level.
You can do this in front of any mirror or in your mind.
Remember you are a spiritual being, connect with the way that spirit is, is it feeling light or heavy? Now closes your eyes and see yourself in your minds eye as if you were standing in front of a giant mirror. See the details of the mirror in as much clarity as you can, is it in a frame? Or freestanding?
Now look at the reflection in the mirror
The reflection is not of your spirit, it your physical body, how does it look? Does it look strong or weak? Does it look broken or put together? Does it look happy or sad? Don't feel the reflection, remember it is a reflection you can only see it you can't feel it. So don't associate any emotion or feelings with the reflection.
Stay with the reflection and study it carefully as if you were looking at another person, because technically you are. That reflection as previously stated is not your spirit or soul it is the container it resides in only.
Now speak the following to the reflection
"I see what pain and hurt has done to you, I am here for you to help you through this now. You are stronger and more motivated than you realise."
(Now state something important that you did in your life you were proud of no matter how small that was, even if no one else acknowledged it. Or it could be something big, like winning on a scratchie to having a baby or getting married or a job that you applied for or any other thing you recall that made you proud of yourself).
"Remember how happy that made you feel? I know, I shared that joy with you. I also shared your thoughts and prayers, your pain and suffering. You were never alone through any of it, because I was always there as were our Angels and Guides. But chin up now, you will get through this journey, maybe not as you expect but you will. Just don't give up because I am here and not giving up on you! I believe in you, I know what you are capable of doing, your life isn't as broken as you may think. I see you and although you can't see me, I will always be here to help you. Just focus on happiness even when you feel you are in the darkest place. Trust me, everything is going to be okay, this time is necessary, don't question it just trust that you'll get through it and will have a better understanding once you do. If you quit you might miss out on the great rewards your challenges are preparing you for."
Now step back from the mirror, and refocus your attention on what needs to be done to achieve your goals.
And thanks for your challenges, the struggles, because the rewards are going to be greater this is what Spirit promises!
