Do you have negative energy in your home, pay attention to the following signs:
1) Unexplained noises, such as knocking, footsteps, or whispers. Especially if they come in 3s as these are a insult to the trinity especially in religious homes.
2) Sudden changes in temperature, especially cold spots. Always check first for vents, or drafts to rule out false positives.
3) Uncomfortable feelings, such as anxiety, fear, or depression. These can be sudden and unexpected when there's no reason for them to happen,
4) Strange smells, such as sulfur or rotting food.
5) Objects moving on their own. However, sometimes these aren't always necessary negative beings as they can be loved ones trying to communicate with the living. If an object is thrown at you then it would be a negative energy.
6) Electrical appliances malfunctioning. This is not always a negative entity, as these days appliances aren't always designed to last, so check the electrical outlets just in case they are faulty and if it continues then if you experience any of the other signs then chances are it's a bad entity.
7) Pets acting strangely, such as barking or growling at nothing. Bare in mind they can also do this when they see apparitions or ghosts
To remove negative energy from your home, try the following:
1) Cleanse your home with sage or palo santo.
2) Open the windows and doors to let in fresh air and sunlight.
3) Play calming music or nature sounds.
4) Use crystals or salt to absorb negative energy.
5) Visualize positive energy filling your home.
6) Spend time in your home doing activities that make you feel good.
7) Bless your home with a prayer or meditation.
8) Place a lit cigarette in a cup of soil from the front of the home or property the problem is occurring at, burning end up with the bud in the soil itself, as if the soil is drawing in on the cigarette to absorb the negative energy of that environment it is placed. Then once it has stopped burning cover it in the soil and bury it deeper into the ground so the ground can destroy the energy.

Keep in mind, that when you are doing a prayer, faith in what you are saying is extremely important. Otherwise it renders useless.
Often negative entities will target people who are in healthy relationships or whose lives are positive, they see them as a challenge to break their spirit, what helps a person is to have faith, and I'm referring to people whose faith is in a higher power, be it God or a universal power, it is a strong force that often is more powerful than the negative energy itself, without it it can defeat and render the person powerless and therefore the negative energy wins.
They say it's hard to be a religious person but you needn't go overboard, being kind to others, animals and nature and giving thanks for your blessings and gifts is a Godlike feeling, but the fact is those people who have a strong faith will be less inclined to be having to have repeat experiences of negative attacks as they are often guided by Angels or other positive beings that surround them with protection and light these negative beings hate. However the reality is we are all vulnerable to these negative energies especially if they see us as a challenge.
