No matter what obstacles you encounter upon your path, there will always be a way around them.
Too often we get into a panic, thinking the worst and driving ourselves into a state of distress which places pressure on our heart, mind and body.
The secret is ‘breathe’ understand that without problems we lose focus too easily, give thanks for the obstacles because they keep you real, they are often there to ground you, to keep yourself in check.
Think of how often we suddenly begin to focus on our health only once given news that unless we do something now, we may not live another year?
That obstacle could inadvertently saved your life. We need obstacles, to encourage positive changes within and around us, so next time you have one bless it for being there it could save you in more ways than one!
