Often people say honesty as the first, but lets look at this word ‘honesty’,
What does it mean?
To see oneself as honest means that you are truthful to the core about everything, no matter how much it hurts you.
Truth is, we often deceive ourselves the most, because we convince ourselves that we can trust someone who hurts us, we convince ourselves of so many things and often will in the end be subjecting ourselves to only more pain.
We lie to others when they ask how we are by saying ‘good thanks’, when truth is we might just feel average or feel like crawling under a rock.
We might lie big or small, but realistically we are all far from truthful.
To be something we must be whole with it, complete and without blemish of its lacking.
Now truthfully list for yourself 3 things.
Once you have those 3 traits write out 3 things you want to change about yourself.
See those as 3 wishes.
Hold them to your heart and speak with affirmation ‘I embrace these fully!’
Then fold the paper up and place it either in your purse or wallet, alternatively stick them up on a mirror to remind yourself daily of your master plan.
Once you like and accept yourself, you will discover that nothing will be impossible, because you are ready to make miracles happen!
